Approach

Change rarely unfolds according to plan.

The plan is in place – then the initiative meets the dynamics of the organization, and the process stalls. That is where I come in. My guiding idea:

Leather armchair in front of the window of a bright office
Hosting
Working side by side: bringing structure, staying attentive and present, with an eye on the bigger picture and on the next step.
Transformative
Change not as a rigid plan but as a living, iterative process that does not just live with the unexpected but integrates it productively.
Spaces
Spaces in which different perspectives, ambiguities and tensions can be voiced. That is how the process begins to flow again.
“Unlocking the intelligence within the system.”
Helmut Willke

From practice

Three stories

Recent assignments, told in three steps: the situation, the question, the way forward.

Manufacturing company

Post-merger integration

The situation
Former competitors are expected to pull together as one team. But structures and processes are misaligned at every turn.
The question
“How can we grow together without losing the strengths we each bring?”
The way forward
Workshops vertically with top management and horizontally with the senior leadership team, complemented by individual coaching for the workstream leads.

Automotive plant

Strategy work with the leadership team

The situation
Within a few weeks everything changed: new owners, new plant leadership, new expectations. Everyone in the leadership team saw the situation differently.
The question
“How can we speak with one voice and give the organization direction?”
The way forward
A joint analysis of the stakeholder landscape, clarifying expectations with the new plant leadership, and jointly making sense of signals from the wider environment.

Global high-tech company · 18 months

Leadership development

The situation
The market is changing at speed and the organization keeps adapting. Leaders need to remain able to act amid this complexity.
The question
“How do we connect individual leadership development with implementing the new strategy?”
The way forward
A program built around real business challenges and co-created with the client: dialogue sessions with the executive board, online modules, regional in-person days on participants’ own cases, and peer groups.
